Most items are shipped for Free.

Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it. All products must be returned in their original and resellable condition. For a product to be resellable, it must be returned in it's original packaging and condition (not washed, worn, or tags removed, nor can shoe boxes be written on or used as the return shipping box).

Embroidered and Engraved items are not returnable, unless we have made a mistake in embroidering or engraving your item.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view your Order(s), and then click the Return Items link next to the order you are returning. Once we receive notification of the item(s) you need to return, we'll email you an RA# and a return shipping address.

We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
